We opened our doors the first time in January of 2008. We operate as a private club and don't put up with a lot nonsense. Now regarded as the best party in town. We distinguish ourselves beyond that as a community bar. We work with members and our community to help out with special events and fund raisers. We have raised money for many needy families, contributed to other fundraisers, sponsored a little league team,  gathered food for needy seniors, sponsored a city league softball team and supported the Davidson County Hospice Chapter. We are a gold sponsor of the Joshua T Harris Memorial Ride for wounded veterans. We are a co-sponsor of Hospice.

Our members are actively involved in nearly all aspects of the bar's operation. Much of the equipment and labor has been donated by members & friends. This allows us to provide one of the best values in fun and entertainment around. As well as creating a social environment you won't find anywhere else.

Our Community involvement is being recognized; It's official, the TimeOut Hut is the first bar ever, in the history of Lexington to be allowed entry into the Lexington Chamber of Commerce
